Worry Free Warranty

Yes!!!!! It truely is worry free. KTS offers at no extra charge a Faulty Euipment Warranty on any and all Monitored Security Equipment sold and installed by us.

This warranty covers %100 of Parts and/or Labor in the event that a peice of equipment should fail. KTS will gladly repair or replace that peice of equipment at no expense to the customer. However we are not responsible for covering faulty equipment due to customer negligence and/or rodents chewing through equipment or wires. Also covered under this warranty are any batteries that may need replaced in wireless devices.

The Worry Free Warranty offered by KTS is available to Monitored Security customers only. It is not available on any security equipment not installed and monitored by KTS. The warranty covers only work that is preformed during regular business hours and discludes holidays. There will be a charge for any work preformed after hours or on holidays & weekends. Not covered under this warranty is customer negligence ie. spilling food or drink on the keypad, knocking a detector down, a mouse chewing through a wire.
